Dr. Kwak received MS and Ph.D. from Columbia University in network analysis, modeling, and performance evaluation. Dr. Kwak has been leading numerous cyber security and network analysis/management research and development efforts for government agencies for 15+ years. Dr. Kwak co-founded BLACKBRIAR Cyber and brought his networking expertise to bring a low-cost / high-value threat intelligence & IT/OT pen-testing and vulnerability analysis capability to the market.
